Our Mission

Our Mission is to proclaim Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord in the power of the Holy Spirit, to encourage and strengthen God’s people in their faith and to reach out to the world with the “Good News” of God’s saving grace in Christ.

Values

Ø    We value Jesus Christ, as our Savior and our God, our protector and Deliverer, our everlasting King.

Ø    We value Christ-centered teaching, that is in complete agreement with the Bible, the infallible source of all truth.

Ø    We value the empowering of the Holy Spirit, who creates faith in our heart, preserves us in faith and who provides gifts for ministry to others.

Ø    We value a servant’s heart, knowing that Jesus did not come to be served but to serve and to give His life as a ransom for many.

Ø    We value integrity, character, and sincerity in our relationships with others.

Ø    We value divine worship, believing that God is worthy to be praised and that He inhabits the praises of His people.

Ø    We value public and private prayer, believing that God answers the prayers of His people and; that much of history has been shaped by prayer and fasting.

Ø    We value relational church life, recognizing that God would have us be like-minded, having the same love, and being one in spirit and in purpose.

Ø    We value children, for they are God’s gift to us; and they are the future of the church.

Ø    We value every member as a minister, recognizing their contributions for the maturing, equipping, and building up of the Body of Christ.

Vision

Ø    To share and demonstrate the Gospel by our words and life style to our family, friends, and neighbors so that they might know God’s love and enter into His kingdom.

Ø    To provide a setting where people may worship God in spirit and in truth, sing His praises, hear His Word proclaimed, and call upon Him in prayer.

Ø    To provide abundant opportunities for Christian fellowship, recognizing that it delights God when His people love one another even as He has loved us.

Ø    To minister compassionately to the sick, discouraged, anxious, fearful and grieving, believing that the Word of God offers hope and peace in all of life’s stressful and difficult situations.

Ø    To teach our children about the love of Jesus to instruct them in the fundamental truths of the Christian faith, to encourage activities with other Christian youth, and to shepherd them over the difficult years that they might remain steadfast into adulthood.

Ø    To help our members identify their own spiritual gifts that they might be used of God, taking an active role as co-workers in the Lord’s vineyard.

Ø    To provide in-depth instruction in the teachings of the Christian faith through organized Bible studies, conferences, seminars, and retreats.

Ø    To reach out lovingly to the lost, using every Biblical and godly means to lead them to the Savior.

Ø    To encourage the support of foreign missions through prayer
and financial assistance, mission speakers and short-term missionary trips.

Ø    To make sure that each member of the church is loved, cared for, valued, and esteemed as a member of the Body of Christ.
